Land assessment and development appraisal platform

[DATA ARCHITECTURE][WORKFLOW DESIGN]

Challenge: Assessing a land opportunity meant gathering planning history, site constraints and appraisal figures from many sources by hand, then rebuilding the picture for every decision meeting.
Approach: We mapped the land team's real process from first look to committee, then built one platform that brings site data, constraints and the development appraisal together, with a decision view ready for the board.
Outcome: Faster, better-informed go or no-go decisions on sites, built on consistent data rather than individual spreadsheets.

Replacing days of manual planning portal checks

[WORKFLOW DESIGN][GOVERNANCE]

Challenge: Land teams told us their staff spent three to four days a week checking council planning portals for new documents, objections and consultee responses.
Approach: We replicated that research process with continuous monitoring and AI summaries written in plain English, with every alert linked back to the source document. All data is stored and processed in the UK.
Outcome: Updates usually arrive within the hour of publication, so the team spends its time acting on what changed. The work became our product, Mirador.

Planning committee recordings transcribed in the UK and turned into structured notes on each item, so teams know the key points the next morning rather than weeks later when minutes are published.

A governance framework setting out what AI may and may not do during live security testing for a CREST-accredited firm, with clear human sign-off and a record of every action.

Testing web defences against AI-generated attacks

A research programme benchmarking how well web application firewalls hold up when attackers use language models to vary SQL injection, producing a practical hardening playbook.
